Self-Serve Pick-Up Instructions
for Hillen Homestead and Two Boots Orders

Location: Our self-serve walk-in cooler is located in a residential garage in Charles Village near 28th and Guilford.
It is directly behind 2738 Guilford Ave.

1) Pull up to the reddish-brown metal garage with the fake flowers decorating the corner. It is located between a telephone pole to the left and a large reddish-brown wooden gate to the right (if possible please pull over to the side so other vehicles can get by while you're loading up)
2) Flip open the cover on the keypad (mounted just to the right of the large garage door) and enter the code sent to you, then press the button with the two red arrows.
3) Garage door will open. Find your name on the white board to the right of the cooler door and take note of how many buckets you're picking up.
4) Press the button under the digital temperature display to turn on the light in the cooler, open the door, and find the buckets labeled with your name or business. Please double check every bucket to make sure you are taking the correct buckets!!​
5) Take your buckets, close the cooler door firmly, and turn off the cooler light. Carefully count your total number of buckets as you load them into your vehicle and write down the total number of buckets you took on the whiteboard next to your name.
6) Florists: Either transfer the flowers into your own buckets and stack our empty buckets upside down along the wall of the garage OR load our buckets into your vehicle and leave your own clean empty buckets to swap out stacked upside down in the garage. If you forgot buckets, please send us a text of how many buckets you owe us and plan to drop them off within the next week. (We lose LOTS and LOTS of buckets every single season.)

DIY Wedding Customers: You may take our buckets, and if it's convenient to return them after your event please leave them in the bucket or drop them on our front porch at 2736 Guilford Ave. No need to give us a heads up, just drop them off anytime!
7) Enter the garage code again into the keypad and press the button with the two red arrows. If it doesn't start to close, please re-enter the code a second time. Watch the garage door close completely before driving off (just in case something is blocking the sensor or there's a glitch).
