On Pause for 2025
Consider supporting our friends at Gray Fox Grown
Hillen Homestead owner Maya Kosok is taking a family sabbatical for January through June of 2025. But we are thrilled to announce that Tyler Fox and Dan Gray -- who apprenticed with Hillen Homestead throughout 2024 with the Future Harvest Beginning Farmer Training Program -- will be tending our fields and selling flowers during this sabbatical under their own business name - Gray Fox Grown. We have guided Tyler & Dan carefully through crop selection and fall planting, and they'll also be harvesting from our beautiful established perennials.
They are offering a spring CSA starting in late April. 4 weeks for $100, 8 weeks for $185. In order to get the details and sign-up, please email [email protected]
